Shipping

We will ship to any country.

FREE international shipping is provided for all orders over 100 Euros.

We charge a flat rate of 15 Euros for international shipments under 100 Euros. If you'd like to select your own courier service on your account, we'd be happy to accommodate. Just contact us.

Standard International delivery time is 3 to 10 business days. Certain areas may be longer. Your order will be shipped either the same day of ordering or within 3 business days.

If you would like express shipping please contact us and this can be arranged.

We'll let you know when your order is on its way.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email from us. Your order will be shipped either the same day of ordering or within 3 business day.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any duties/taxes that may apply.

Once your order has been shipped we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage of goods.

Please make sure you provide accurate shipping details. It may be best to consider using a business address if you know nobody will be home when your order is delivered.

If you are not there to receive your parcel, the delivery service will:

Check your delivery instructions if any are provided

Look for a 'safe drop' location, or

Return the parcel to a Postal outlet and leave a notification card letting the recipient know where and when it will be available for collection.

Once your order has been shipped we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage of goods.


Returns

As a valued customer, we want you to know that we care and we promise to ensure you have a great experience with us. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, email us straight away at sales@greta-te.com and we will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

If you would like to exchange goods email us at sales@greta-te.com stating your order details and a brief reason why and we will be happy to assist you right away.

Greta-te is happy to consider exchange on any items. Items must be returned within 15 days of you receiving them. 

Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Shop carefully as the customer will be responsible for all postage costs on any exchanges. We recommend using a traceable secure postage service that can assure getting the goods back to us within the 15 day return policy. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damaged goods. 

Please refer to the following criteria as a guideline only to our returns/exchange policy:

No monetary refunds available.

Exchange or store credit only.

Items must not be damaged.

Items must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exceptions and other conditions will be noted within the item description.

Evaluation process may take up to 21 days from receipt.

Upon dispute, the returns/exchange decisions from Greta-te will be final.
